Kerrisdale

Kerrisdale Village has been a thriving business community since its inception in the early 20th Century. Today it offers a cornucopia of stores, restaurants and services that would rival any busy metropolis. But where Kerrisdale has kept up with its downtown neighbours, it has not lost its quaint village charm and welcoming spirit. It is a mixed neighbourhood featuring old bungalows, newer homes, and various low and mid-rise rental and condo.

Kitsilano

Kitsilano is bordered to the north by two beaches, Kitsilano Beach and Jericho Beach on the shores of English Bay and extends south to 16th Avenue. It is bordered on the east by Burrard Street and on the west by Alma Street. In addition to its residential areas and beaches, Kitsilano is home to two distinct commercial strips with shops, restaurants and other services.

Downtown Vancouver

The downtown area is generally considered to be bounded by Burrard Inlet to the north, Stanley Park and the West End to the west, False Creek to the south, and the Downtown Eastside to the east.
